Spaccapietre is a cold-distilled gin, created from just two botanicals: Etna juniper and cedracca fern. The cold distilled process is used to extract as much as possible all the beneficial components and aromas of the plant. When poured, the Spaccapietre releases the typical scent of Etna and when tasted it releases the resinous flavour, typical of alpine landscapes.
