Spaccapietre is a cold distilled gin, created from the meeting of only two botanicals: Etna juniper and cedar fern.
The cold distilled process is used to maximally extract all the beneficial components and aromas of the plant.
When poured, Spaccapietre releases the typical smells of Etna and on the palate it releases the resinous flavor, typical of alpine landscapes.
